Hire Questions:

How does dress hire work?

Dress hire is becoming popular due to it being simple, affordable and quick. Simply find a dress on our website you wish to hire and it's yours for 5 days. We recommend selecting a date 1-2 days before your event. You can either select to pick up if you are local or have it posted to you anywhere in Australia. All hires include a return paid parcel for you to return the dress to us with ease.

 

How long can i hire for?

Our hire bookings are 5 days long- the first day of your booking is the day the dress arrives and the final day is the day it needs to be returned. 

 

What if my dress doesn't fit?

Simply send us an email with your order number and advise you are wanting to return. Take your dress to the post office and return it in the satchel provided and we will issue you a credit note once it has reached us in original condition. 

 

Do i have to clean the dress?

No, we take care of this for you! Please don't make any attempt to clean your dress.

 

What if i damage the dress?

Accidents happen! We provide free $100 insurance for peace of mind. If you do damage the dress in anyway please let us know via customerservice@misspaisleyboutique.com.au. Unfortunately, if the damage exceeds $100 or cannot be fixed then you will be charged the retail dress amount so we can replace it. 

 

What if i return my dress late?

Our business running smoothly relies on items being returned on time- you will receive a $30 late fee every day your return is late up to 200% of the retail amount as per the item description. 

 

What if my return end date falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday?

Simply return it the next business day.

No, sorry. We accept no returns on any sale items. (See Shipping & Returns page for more) 


How is my information kept private?

Miss Paisley Boutique will only use information collected for shipping, and customer service purposes. We will never share your information or use it for any other reason.
